About Us

The company was originally established in 1994 to cater, predominantly, for small events and family gatherings. Over time it has evolved and expanded to a now leading supplier in the East Midlands that caters for all corporate and private functions, such as, hunt balls, proms, weddings, funerals and commercial events.

Inspire Event Hire, as it’s now known, after re-branding and new ownership, has moved into new premises to enhance the new look and expansion of the business.

As a company, we stock over 1000 full covers of glassware, cutlery and crockery. We also supply a large range of catering equipment, refrigeration, quality furniture and a wide variety of linen and accessories.

Our services include, delivery and collection to and from the event and a free ‘return dirty’ service on all hire items.
