Terms & Conditions of Delivery/Collection

All our goods are supplied subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Delivery/Collection:

Inspire Event Hire Ltd., offers a delivery and collection service.

To allow plenty of time to set up for your event and re-pack your equipment for collection, Inspire Event Hire Ltd., will aim to deliver your hired goods the day before your event and collect the day after. If your event falls on the weekend, Inspire Event Hire Ltd., will aim to deliver the Friday before, and collect the Monday after (unless otherwise arranged).

Delivery/Collection is charged for a door to door service. To one address only, and not carried more than 40ft from the delivery vehicle (unless otherwise arranged).

Please ensure hired equipment will fit through doors, and there is access for a delivery vehicle, such as a Luton box Van with tail-lift size. Inspire Event Hire Ltd., cannot accept responsibility if equipment will not fit, or our vehicle(s) cannot access the drop-off point.

All our goods are supplied under the condition that your order is re-packed as supplied and all goods left where delivered. Failure to re-pack goods in their original delivery crates/bags may result in a charge of £50 per hour for a member of our staff to re-pack the goods for its collection.

All our equipment has been tested and safety checked. However in the event of uncertainty, please call the office before attempting to use.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION COSTS AND TIMES

Delivery/Collection is charged at a rate of £2.50 per mile, excl. VAT (according to the distance with Google Maps, from the starting point being Inspire Event Hire Ltd., offices at, LE14 3JB, to the event destination.

Inspire Event Hire Ltd., will endeavour to deliver and collect your goods Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

Delivery outside these times can be arranged and booked for an additional charge. Please call the office for arrangements.
