How To Order

ONLINE ORDERS

Please navigate our website using the menu at the top of the page and the refine search menu on the left-hand side to find the goods you desire prior to adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, simply checkout and our site will guide you through the rest of the ordering process.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

For telephone orders please call our team at Inspire Event Hire Ltd., on 01949 844 568 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.30pm. If you call out of hours, please leave your contact details when prompted and we will return your call as soon as possible.

QUOTATIONS

Following the request to hire goods from Inspire Event Hire Ltd., you will receive an emailed quotation. We will need the hirer to check we have the correct invoicing and delivery addresses, contact telephone numbers, delivery, in-use and collection dates as well as your goods ordered and quantities. If there are any errors, please notify Inspire Event Hire Ltd., immediately, in writing. Inspire Event Hire Ltd., cannot be held responsible for any unreported errors.

PAYMENT FOR HIRE

Once you are happy with the details of your order and quotation, a 50% deposit or full payment is required. A further security deposit of £100 will be required on all orders. The security deposit is requested as security on goods hired and will be used against any outstanding payments for damages, shortages or breakages. See our Terms & Conditions.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER

You can amend your order at anytime up to 48 hours prior to delivery of your goods. If you are increasing your order we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Please note that this is subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled in writing (email or post). Inspire Event Hire do however have cancellation charges:

• Up to 2 weeks prior to the hire date/event there are no cancellation charges.
• 14-7 days prior to the hire date/event will be charged 50% of the total value.
• 0-7 days prior to the hire date/event will be charged 100% of the total value.
